Components:

Each test stick is an in-vitro diagnostic medical device made primarily of plastic, containing an absorbent sampler, an LCD screen, and internal electronic components including batteries. The test strip within the device contains reagents specifically designed for the detection of human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) in urine.

Store between 2°C – 30°C. Allow to reach room temperature for 30 minutes prior to testing if stored refrigerated. Do not freeze. For single use only.

How to Use Your Clearblue Digital Test:

1. Read Instructions Carefully: Before use, read the enclosed leaflet thoroughly.
2. When to Test: You can test up to 5 days before your missed period. If testing before your expected period, use the first urine of the day for an accurate Weeks Indicator result.
3. Perform the Test:
   • Remove the test stick from the foil wrapper and take off the blue cap. Use the test stick straight away.
   • You can either:
     • Test directly in your urine stream: Hold the absorbent tip pointing downwards in your urine stream for 5 seconds only. Be careful not to get the rest of the digital test stick wet.
     • Or collect a sample of your urine in a clean, dry container: Dip only the absorbent tip in the urine for 20 seconds only.
   • Replace the cap and lay the test stick flat.
4. Wait for Your Result: The 'Wait' symbol (hourglass) will flash to show the test is working. After 1-3 minutes the Wait symbol will stop flashing and your result will be displayed.
5. Read Your Result:
   • Your result ('Pregnant' or 'Not Pregnant') will be shown on the display.
   • If you are 'Pregnant', the display will also show the weeks since conception (1-2, 2-3, or 3+).
   • Your result will remain on the display for approximately 24 hours.

Disposing of Your Test:

Remove the battery prior to test stick disposal. Battery disposal should be in accordance with the appropriate recycling scheme. To remove, insert a coin into the slot at the end and twist to break open the back of the test stick. If battery is not visible, slide the battery holder out in the direction of the arrow to assist removal. Dispose of the rest of the stick according to the appropriate recycling scheme for electrical equipment. Do not dispose of electrical equipment in fire.

Always read the manufacturers’ instructions for any medication you are taking before testing. Certain medications (e.g., those containing hCG) and rare medical conditions can cause false positive results. Ectopic pregnancy, ovarian cysts, menopause, and some very rare medical conditions can give misleading results. If you get unexpected results, you should discuss them with your doctor.

If you test early and get a 'Not Pregnant' result, it is possible that the level of pregnancy hormone is not yet high enough to be detected. You should test again when your period is due.

Multiple pregnancies and ectopic pregnancies can give misleading Weeks Indicator results. This IVD digital device meets emissions and immunity requirements of EN 61326-2-6. Do not use this instrument in a dry environment (especially with synthetic materials) or near strong electromagnetic radiation sources (e.g., mobile phones) as these may cause erroneous results.

Do not use if the foil wrapper is damaged or after the ‘use by’ date.

Pregnancy Tests & Other Personal Health Items:

Due to the nature of pregnancy tests and other personal diagnostic or health items, and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for these products under the following conditions:

• Faulty or Damaged Items: If your Clearblue Pregnancy Test (or other similar item) arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at Enquiries.FindMyMeds@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue (photos may be requested). We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
• Unopened and Unused Items: If you have changed your mind, we may accept returns of pregnancy tests and similar items provided they are completely unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns will be your responsibility.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and confirm it meets these conditions, we will issue a refund for the product cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items That Cannot Be Returned (unless faulty):

• Any pregnancy test or personal health item that has been opened, used, or is not in its original sealed packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Please email us at Enquiries.FindMyMeds@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
3. Please ensure items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within approximately 7-10 business days.
